This is my second time doing the Whole Life Challenge. It’s an opportunity to explore 7 healthy habits to see what works for you long term. This time I concentrated on mobility, sleep and nutrition/clean eating. I wanted to feel energized, healthy, and comfortable during my CrossFit workouts and everyday activities. I find I’m thinking twice about what I should and shouldn’t eat thanks to this challenge. Prior to this, I might have given in to that treat at work, the ‘healthy’ chip or popcorn option, and the extra glass of wine or beer. Although these are not bad for me in moderation, they kept me from making the progress I set out to make. I finally lost some weight after trying for the past 8/9 months. I realized I was doing just enough to maintain that previous weight.  Those little treats here and there add up for me and was enough to jeopardize my goals! The Whole Life Challenge is great because everyone will benefit from it in a different way!
