Off-season Hockey Performance Camp 2020

June 3-July 29, 2020

Our program is geared towards gaining you the edge you need to perform at an elite level at training camp and throughout the season.

This 8 week camp will focus primarily on speed, agility, strength and endurance. Included in your registration will be a Sports Nutrition eBook.

Our unique program is taught by knowledgable and experienced trainers who have designed the program specifically for the hockey player in mind. There will be a 1:7 coach to athlete ratio which means a lot of individual attention for each athlete on the floor.

DATES: June 3-July 29, 2020
2x/wk (8 weeks)
Wednesdays and Fridays, 7:40-8:40pm at CrossFit Morden
** NO CLASS ON CANADA DAY (JULY 1)

AGE CATEGORY: Hockey players ages 14-17/18

Speed
Agility

CLASS STRUCTURE:
Wednesdays: Focus on speed and agility
Fridays: Focus on strength and cardiovascular training
*Training day 1 will start with a fitness test and then re-test on class 16.

SPORTS NUTRITION e-BOOK INCLUDED:
Looking to improve your performance through optimizing your nutrition? Wondering about gatorade, carbs, protein, hydration? Everything you need to get a good handle on your food will be provided in our ‘Sports Nutrition Package’ provided by Adrienne Penner, Registered Dietitian with A Little Nutrition. You will receive sports nutrition tips along with practical meal and snack ideas, tips for eating out, label reading, even access to two online meal planning tools and meal plans through Nutrition Academy. Everything you need to feel confident about your choices around optimizing performance through diet.
