What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program created to help you do life better. Our goal is to make sure you have fun, learn something new and have a great workout all in the context of a supportive community of like-minded people that push you to to be your best self.

You don’t have to be “fit” to start CrossFit. We are an inclusive gym that welcomes every BODY. CrossFit classes are always coached and the workouts are different every day. Our workouts are difficult but doable and infinitely scalable to meet your current ability.

The movements of CrossFit are functional. We push, pull, lift, carry, drag, throw, run, row, bike in hundreds of different variations. Every workout is a full-body workout built around helping you improve your overall fitness.

Constantly Varied

Routine is the enemy. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

ReLATIVE Intensity

Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort.

Functional Movement

All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.

We’re Not Just Another Gym. Here’s Why:

Welcoming Community

Community is a key component in why CrossFit is so effective here and across the world. The strength of our Crossfit lies in our community. From everyday group workouts, to monthly potlucks, to birthdays, to local competitions, we show up together, train together and cheer each other on. We form friendships based on a common goal; to become the best version of ourselves we can be.

Designed for Life

Constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity prepares us for whatever life throws our way, whether it be picking up some heavy suitcases, your grandkids, climbing a mountain, or running after your dog – everything we learn in the gym can be translated to a strong, healthy life outside the gym.

Your Success is Our Success

You are never on your own at CrossFit Morden. Your goals are our goals, and we all celebrate when one of us accomplishes a new technique, PR or success. We are a team and we make it a priority to help you move in the direction and achievement of your goals.

It's for Everybody

Inclusivity. Regardless of age, ability, weight or past fitness experience, CrossFit Morden is truly for everyone. All workouts can be infinitely scaled in order to offer the best workout for you, all while maintaining form and safety.

Coach-Led, Group Classes

Each class is kept small so that everyone is seen, coached and kept safe throughout class. Our group-based classes help us motivate and inspire each other with a little friendly competition. CrossFit makes working out fun again, challenging again, and inspiring again.

Whole-Life Focus

A workout is important, but there’s much more that is involved with a happy, healthy, strong life. We believe that nutrition, mobility, community, mental health, attitude and mind-body connection are all part of what it means to have a healthy, thriving life.
