What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program created to help you do life better. Our goal is to make sure you have fun, learn something new and have a great workout all in the context of a supportive community of like-minded people that push you to to be your best self.
You don’t have to be “fit” to start CrossFit. We are an inclusive gym that welcomes every BODY. CrossFit classes are always coached and the workouts are different every day. Our workouts are difficult but doable and infinitely scalable to meet your current ability.
The movements of CrossFit are functional. We push, pull, lift, carry, drag, throw, run, row, bike in hundreds of different variations. Every workout is a full-body workout built around helping you improve your overall fitness.
Routine is the enemy. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort.
All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.

Coach-Led, Group Classes
